• Communicate with Parts Specialists daily regarding updates.
• Process all completed work orders daily.
• Keep customers informed of service status.
• Handle customer billing issues or disputes.
• Verify and approve time entry in Paycom.
• Maintain jobs within assigned hours and on schedule.
