Generator Supercenter of Chicagoland – Wheeling, IL is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Experience Coordinator to guide customers from initial inquiry through installation and ongoing service. You will be the central point of contact among customers, sales, installation, and service teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.

This full-time role emphasizes professional phone manners, scheduling efficiency, and proactive customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service, administrative, scheduling, or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and text.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and web-based software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain customer information.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, texts, and inquiries.
• Provide friendly, professional, timely responses to customers.
• Schedule in-home sales consultations and appointments.
• Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer contact and appointment information.
