You’ll answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, and keep the sales calendar moving. You’ll track leads in HubSpot, follow through from inquiry to project completion, and look for ways to improve every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus) preferred.
• Background in construction or home improvement is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls and emails with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and keep the sales team's calendar running smoothly.
• Track leads and update records in HubSpot (our CRM).
• Follow up with customers and maintain consistent communication from inquiry to project completion.
• Spot opportunities to improve our customer experience.
