Job summary

TopShell Plumbing in Northern Kentucky is seeking a motivated Customer Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, scheduling service calls, and keeping technicians productive throughout the day.

In this full-time position, you will answer calls, schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, and liaise with the field team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, dispatching, or call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a major plus
• Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service industry is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule plumbing service appointments efficiently
• Dispatch technicians throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed
• Communicate with technicians regarding job updates and scheduling changes
• Follow up with customers on appointments, estimates, and completed work
• Maintain accurate customer information and job notes
• Assist with reviewing daily schedules to maximize efficiency
• Help collect customer reviews and ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Work closely with the owner and field team to keep operations running smoothly
