Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to ensure a positive and timely customer experience. You will answer calls, prioritize service requests, and enter data with accuracy in our service-focused environment.

The role reports to the Customer Care Manager within the Service department and requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer care coordination, and proficiency with MS Office. Full-time hourly position with health benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in customer care coordination/administration.
• Proficient in Service Software Systems and MS Office, including Excel.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Well organized with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Answer large volume of incoming calls and route requests.
• Resolve customer complaints with timely solutions and follow-up.
• Maintain and file accurate customer records.
• Coordinate service requirements with customers effectively and timely.
• Exceed service expectations by ensuring one-trip service completion.
