Job summary

LCI, based at Eielson AFB, is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to provide frontline support and back up Customer Service Representatives in daily operations.

You will handle inquiries, process orders in AX, coordinate deliveries, maintain customer records, and assist with quotes and follow-ups to ensure timely service and accuracy in a mission-driven, disability-inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some retail experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer-related matters professionally.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when assisting customers.
• Navigate AXapta to create and release sales orders.
• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone or email.
• Quote on contracts and follow up on quotes.
• Contact customers for additional information as needed.
• Ensure sales orders align with inventory and delivery status.
• Coordinate pickup/delivery of orders.
• Maintain customer contact list with emails and phone numbers.
• Assist at checkout counters as needed to reduce wait times.
• Follow up with customers with surveys on satisfaction and delivery.
