Job summary

Michaels SPRINGFIELD, IL store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

The role supports Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, adheres to SOPs, and promotes safety and loss prevention. Evening/weekend shifts and physical activity are required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast checkout with accurate cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
