Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members for our store in San Antonio to deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products. You will handle checkouts, enroll customers in rewards programs, and participate in in-store merchandising and stock replenishment.

The role requires standing and walking throughout shifts and the ability to perform store recovery and safety tasks. Benefits include discounts and other options depending on position.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Promote the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and truck unloading duties.
• Maintain stock and assist with planograms and store recovery processes.
