Job summary

Michaels in San Antonio, TX is seeking store team members to assist customers, stock, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

You will handle checkout, enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, participate in truck unloads, restocking, and omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience; be able to stand long hours; and comply with SOPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 16 years; federal, state and local requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes: Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock, merchandised store; manage returns and go-backs.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
