Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate in Jacksonville, FL. You will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, ring purchases, and support store operations while upholding brand standards and loss-prevention policies.

You should be able to work a flexible schedule, communicate clearly, multi-task efficiently, and collaborate with teammates and supervisors. Prior retail experience is preferred; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes and upholds store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and floor readiness.
• Prepares merchandise for sales floor following procedures.
• Supports store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Assists in safety, shrink reduction, and compliance activities.
