Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus).
• Background in construction or home improvement is a bonus — not required.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls and emails with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and keep our sales team's calendar running smoothly.
• Track leads and update records in HubSpot (our CRM).
• Follow up with customers and keep communication consistent from inquiry to project completion.
• Spot opportunities to improve our customer experience.
