Qualifications

• Experience responding to customer questions, complaints, and escalated concerns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, clear and empathetic.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines and follow‑ups.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, compliments, and feedback across channels.
• Coordinate with bakery cafés and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Enter and categorize cases in the tracking system and maintain records.
• Prepare customer responses using approved messaging and brand guidelines.
• Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics and recurring themes.
• Maintain updated response templates, FAQs, and escalation guidelines.
