Job summary

The role requires good communication, the ability to read and tag products, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Training follows company policies and promotes a helpful, prompt service culture.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills to provide adequate customer service.
• Able to read and write to properly tag and price the products.
• Able to lift up to fifty pounds as needed and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain presentable and adequately filled shelves.
• Help prepare, package, and display baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
• Ensure proper tagging of all products is accurate and legible.
• Maintain the regular cleaning and sanitation program as established by company policies.
• Maintain good customer relations by providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Greet all customers and be observant to your surroundings.
