• Handle transactions accurately (cash, card, POS system)
• Manage customer flow during busy periods with professionalism
• Communicate clearly with team members and management
• Resolve customer issues calmly and respectfully
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Support daily operational tasks (stocking, packaging, cleaning)
• Represent the company’s values through consistent hospitality and professionalism
