Job summary

TDP Bakery is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Chandler, AZ. This full-time hybrid role connects customers, stores, and internal teams to resolve orders, deliveries, and product issues.

You will support daily operations, manage inquiries, and help with onboarding and market initiatives. The position reports to the Customer Logistics Manager and offers a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote) with a rotating weekend shift about once per month.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, routing, and product quality.
• Manage shared inbox and phone support; document and escrow recurring issues.
• Monitor driver feedback and daily operations to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate routing and volume changes with internal teams.
• Prepare weekly service reports (trends, KPIs, key issues).
• Communicate updates to stores and support manual order entry as needed.
• Assist with onboarding, product launches, and market initiatives.
• Lead weekly market meetings, track action items, and coordinate internal communications.
