The Michaels Companies is hiring at our Trenton-Princeton, NJ store to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and planograms to maintain an appealing, in-stock store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; support store recovery.
