Job summary

Goodwill Industries International, Inc. Phoenix store is seeking a team member to deliver a strong customer and brand experience, operate POS, process payments, and help maintain sales floor standards at GCNA and affiliated entities.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Runs registers, processes payments, and handles POS duties.
• Asks customers for cash donations at POS.
• Prices goods by merchandise type and on-site guidance as needed.
• Completes closing procedures and maintains attendance.
• Greets customers and thanks them as they exit.
• Maintains sales floor and stock areas per standards.
• Keeps environment clean and safe.
