Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Team associate to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will run registers, handle payments, manage donations at POS, and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Basic math skills and cash handling ability.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Performs Point of Sale (POS) responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods and merchandise.
• Completes closing procedures as necessary.
• Maintains attendance and greets customers entering the store.
• Maintains sales floor standards and stocks merchandise as assigned.
