American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador in Buford, GA.

You’ll bring the AE and Aerie experience to life, greet guests, educate them on products, and help build brand loyalty with every visit. You’ll engage customers on the AEO Selling Model, work across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and help with product selection.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns with integrity and in line with store policy.
