Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Marietta, GA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company and embody our values, helping guests feel great about every visit.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom while maintaining exceptional service.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friendly, ‘friends first’ approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy with integrity.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done and support store goals.
