Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Macon, GA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, provide an amazing shopping experience, and represent our values with your real self. You will engage guests and educate them on AE & Aerie products while promoting the loyalty program.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed and help resolve guest concerns with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• You have retail experience and a positive attitude.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Move flexibly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and assist teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and follow AE policies and procedures.
