Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in person and by phone with professionalism.
Support billing, payments, and accounts receivable.
Keep records accurate and office operations running smoothly.
Post payments, review accounts receivable, resolve discrepancies, and minimize losses.
Process and review service paperwork; maintain customer records and update account information.
Serve as a link between customers, service teams, and management to ensure clear communication.
