You will record customer information, maintain data accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams on billing and accounts receivable tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Prior customer service experience in call centers or high-volume offices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, address inquiries, process orders, and support customer retention efforts.
• Accurately record customer information and maintain detailed data entry to support operations.
