Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and needs and recommending banking products and services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service. You will educate customers on deposit products, pursue opportunities to expand relationships through a disciplined sales process, and refer

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
Cash handling skills.
Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
Other duties as assigned.
