Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS in Saint Clair, MI to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge.

You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals, recommending deposits, and handling transactions accurately with exemplary service. You will proactively identify opportunities to expand relationships through disciplined selling, outbound calls, and referrals, while educating customers on additional banking services

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin/contracting role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships via a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
