Huntington in Gladwin, MI is seeking a Customer Experience Banker (Non NMLS) to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit products and services.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required with 1 year of customer service or military exposure, or a Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred: 1+ year of banking or financial services customer service experience.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Adhere to regulatory, risk, and policy requirements.
