Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, retaining and growing relationships by identifying goals and needs and recommending deposit products and services.

The role emphasizes delivering exemplary customer service, educating customers on banking products, and growing relationships through a disciplined sales process while adhering to security and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year customer service or military service in related roles, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales preferred.
• Cash handling skills preferred.
• Comfort with technology, including mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
