Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and recommending deposit products.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service while educating customers on banking services and referring to other departments to deepen connections, with an emphasis on compliance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Preferred: 1+ year in banking customer service or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with mobile/online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to policies and procedures including risk and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate sales, service, and relationship management skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
