Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service experience or military service, or a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Explain consumer deposit products to customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all policies, security, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate sales, service, relationship management, banking, and communication skills.
