Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping them achieve financial goals by recommending deposits and other banking products and services. You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and provide exemplary service.

You will grow consumer and business relationships through targeted sales, follow-up programs, outbound calls, and referrals while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service or related military/administrative experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales preferred.
• Cash handling skills preferred.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through disciplined sales and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
