0101 The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, retain and grow consumer and business relationships, and help clients identify financial goals while promoting deposit products and services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, meet sales goals through a disciplined referral process, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and collaborate with partners while adhering to security and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED plus 1 year of customer service or related experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
1 year or more in customer service in banking or retail sales.
Cash handling skills.
Familiar with mobile services and online banking.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
Grow customer relationships through disciplined sales, follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals.
Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Follow all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
