Job summary

Huntington in Shreveport is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will process transactions accurately, balance daily and deliver exemplary service while building trust within the community.

You will educate customers on consumer deposit products, identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound calling, and referrals, and coordinate with other bank areas to deepen connections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus 1 year of customer service or military experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales preferred.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, outbound calls and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
