Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers.

You will help clients achieve their financial goals by identifying needs, recommending deposit products, and handling transactions with accuracy while delivering exceptional service. You will educate customers on banking options, proactively seek referrals, and collaborate with partners to deepen relationships, all while following policies and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively growing customer relationships via sales processes, follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating sales, customer service, relationship management and banking knowledge.
