Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will process deposits, advise on banking products, and balance daily transactions with accuracy.

You will identify opportunities to grow relationships, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and uphold bank policies while delivering exemplary service. This is an in-office role supporting branch teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred: banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products and online/mobile banking.
• Growing customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
