Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for customers by addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers with routine inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and services.
• Process customer transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Identify opportunities to educate customers on bank products and refer them to teammates when needed.
• Adhere to bank policies, ensure confidentiality, and support branch operations.
• Collaborate with branch team and participate in training to grow product knowledge.
