Seacoast Bank is seeking a customer service-oriented teller at our Belleair Bluffs, FL branch. The role involves handling routine to complex customer transactions, balancing cash drawers, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will identify and refer sales opportunities, explain banking products, and balance duties with security and regulatory compliance, supporting branch and organizational goals. Fluency in English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months previous experience in retail sales and/or financial services experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
• Flexible schedule required with ability to work during hours of operations, including weekends and occasional non-bank operational hours.
• Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative.
• PC Proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices as well as Microsoft Office Suite software.

Responsabilidades

• Process checks, cash and the sale of negotiable instrument transactions adhering to the bank's current policies and procedures.
• Balance cash drawer daily and monitor own work for accuracy.
• Provide product and service information and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Proactively identify and refer sales opportunities to support goals and bank growth.
• Adhere to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct and all regulatory requirements.
