Job summary

Candidates should have a High School diploma, 6 months cash handling experience, and preferably 6 months in retail or financial services; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months retail sales/financial services experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional non-bank hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Proficient with desktop and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of customer transactions including check cashing, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawers and protect bank assets.
• Provide product and service information and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to support goals.
• Maintain compliance with AML/BSA and bank policies.
• Build relationships, ask for referrals, and document customer needs.
• Balance customer needs with risk considerations and collaborate with teammates.
