Job summary

Seacoast Bank Careers is seeking a versatile Teller to join our Retail & Community Banking team in Belleair Bluffs. You will handle cash transactions, balances, and provide product information to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, cash handling experience, and strong communication skills. Evening/weekend shifts may be required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to support our diverse client base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months retail sales/financial services experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and non-bank hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process checks, cash, and negotiable instrument transactions per bank policies.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Follow AML/BSA procedures and bank security guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of deposits and lending products to assist customers.
