Seacoast Bank in The Villages, FL is seeking a friendly customer service focused Bank Associate to handle routine to complex transactions, including check cashing, deposits, and withdrawals, while delivering an exceptional banking experience.

You will balance cash drawers, explain products and services, and identify referral opportunities with internal partners. A flexible schedule, strong communication skills, and basic PC proficiency are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months previous experience in retail sales and/or financial services preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
• Flexible schedule required with ability to work during hours of operations, including weekends and occasional non-bank operational hours.
• Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative.
• PC Proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices as well as Microsoft Office Suite software.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a wide range of customer transactions including check cashing, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawers daily and ensure accuracy.
• Provide product and service information and refer sales opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with AML/BSA requirements and bank policies.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow safety and security procedures and Code of Conduct.
