Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales, and maintain store appearance in Reedley, CA.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working as part of a team to ensure a clean, organized store. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow within the store network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store customer service is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret operational documents and follow instructions.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, and bending.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register and handle cash securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels throughout the shift.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and replenishment.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
