Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and ensure a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, unloading merchandise, and maintaining safety and courtesy with customers and team members. Prior retail or service experience is highly preferred, with a focus on excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, or similar environments preferred.
• Must follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
