Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products and services, and ensure a smooth shopping experience in-store.

You’ll work across departments, handling merchandise, processing orders, and supporting customers with specialized needs. The role emphasizes strong communication, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with opportunities for growth and a mix of part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail tech.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to perform duties requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve customer service.
• Assist in department readiness (e.g., tint/paint, cut and thread pipes).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
