Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs.

You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with merchandise selection, and ensure their needs are met in a friendly, professional manner. The role may involve stocking, assisting in multiple departments, and processing orders for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic data entry tasks.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare merchandise in department per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, lumber).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
