Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. This role includes stocking, processing orders, and assisting across departments to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced home improvement store.

You will work with customers daily, answer questions, and support store operations. The position accommodates part-time schedules with opportunities to grow within Lowe's.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and data entry.
• Familiarity with common retail tech devices.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint, fittings, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
