Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing/sitting
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to deliver best customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
