Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You’ll support multiple departments, work with store technology, and contribute to a positive shopping environment.

You’ll stand for long periods, assist with merchandise handling, and may lift up to 25 pounds. The role offers part-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the store network.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting/ retrieving data)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform job duties
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (unassisted)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely pickup/delivery
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
