Randstad USA in Brooklyn, NYC is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for a temporary-to-permanent role supporting one of our premier clients. The role focuses on accurate order updates, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating PO creation for timely warehouse fulfillment.

Applicants should have 3 years of experience, be proficient with SAP and Excel, and hold a High School diploma. The shift is First with 9 AM–5 PM hours.
