Responsibilities

• Accurately update and manage customer orders within our internal systems.
• Act as a primary point of contact to address customer queries, provide updates on order status, and resolve concerns.
• Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel) to track data and maintain operational flow.
