Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent customer support in person in Lubbock, TX. The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in similar roles, a business-focused degree, and strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); Mac (Pages & Numbers).
• Passion for communications and customer service.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and promote service efforts across the organization.
• Work directly with customers to increase satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Respond to customer issues in a timely manner.
• Develop loyalty and retention of customers.
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
