Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver world class service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, assess needs, explain features, and recommend add-ons while maintaining merchandising standards and accurate POS transactions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional appearance, and a positive store atmosphere. You may handle product setup and customer data collection and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
• Possess an ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS Systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and mobilize up to 50 lbs. with proper safety techniques.

Responsibilities

• Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and delivering World Class Service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions and explain product features.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales using effective selling techniques.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure accurate POS processing.
• Complete tasks and maintain store cleanliness per guidelines.
